How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just need someone to talk to, therapy can help. You don’t need a specific diagnosis — if you want support, it’s the right time to reach out.
What types of therapy do you offer?
I offer standalone talking therapy, hypnotherapy, and reflexology or can provide a blend of all three. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, supporting both your emotional and physical wellbeing.
How long are the sessions, and how often do they take place?
Sessions usually last 45 to 60 minutes and are typically held weekly, but this can be adjusted to suit you.
Can I choose between in-person and online sessions?
Yes! With the exception of Reflexology which is in-person, you can choose in-person, online, or even walk and talk therapy—whatever feels most comfortable.
What happens in a group session?
Group sessions focus on relaxation and shared support, including group hypnotherapy or reflexology, with a small number of participants to keep it personal.
