Welcome to Counselling at Toe-tal Healing — a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges at your own pace.

What can Counselling support with?

  • Reducing Stress

I offer Pluralistic Counselling which focuses on any or all of the following – Psychodynamic Approach, Person-Centred Approach and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I will work with you to create a bespoke course of therapy, to support you to reach your desired goals and outcomes.

What is Counselling?

Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need a little extra support.

I offer a friendly, down-to-earth talking therapy that’s shaped around you. Using a mix of different approaches we’ll work together in a way that suits your needs.

Whether you're feeling stressed, anxious, low in confidence, coping with loss, or going through a difficult time in your relationships or life, I’m here to help.

Counselling is an opportunity to talk through any issues you are currently experiencing in a safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental space. There is also an opportunity to talk about your past experiences and find solutions that work for you.

You may have multiple concerns that you want to talk through. That is perfectly fine – I can support you to unpack each of them, one at a time, at your pace.

Sessions can be organised to suit your needs. I offer Online, In Person or Telephone Counselling.

Counselling isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ approach and each person may want something different from their sessions. This is where I can offer you any or all of the types of counselling below. Expand each section to find out more and see which approach might be best for you. Alternatively reach out today for a FREE 15 minute chat to talk through your options.

Types of Counselling

  • I can support you to explore your past experiences that may still be affecting you, at a pace that’s comfortable for you.

This is known as Psychodynamic Counselling.

  • I can offer you a safe, confidential space to talk about what is going on for you right now. I will listen to you with empathy and without judgement.

This is known as Person-Centred Counselling.

  • I will support you to explore possible outcomes and find practical ways to move forward, that will work for you.

This is known as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Is Counselling right for me?

Life can be like a rollercoaster – it has it’s ups and downs, but sometimes it can become overwhelming. Do you hear yourself saying any of these statements:

  • “I can’t cope”

  • “I’ve had enough”

  • “I can’t do this anymore”

  • “Why is this happening to me?”

  • “I can’t stop worrying about......”

  • “I’m not good enough”

  • “He/She/They don’t understand”

If you do find yourself relating to any of these thoughts then you may benefit from Counselling.

If you're ready to talk, I’m here to listen.
Feel free to get in touch to ask any questions or book a session.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk and Talk Therapy offers a refreshing alternative to traditional indoor sessions. Taking therapy outdoors allows you to move at your own pace, surrounded by nature, which can help reduce stress, boost mood, and make it easier to open up. Whether walking side-by-side or pausing in quiet moments, this approach combines the benefits of physical movement with emotional support — creating a calming, grounded space to explore your thoughts and feelings. If you find sitting in a therapy room daunting, Walk and Talk might be the perfect fit for you.
