Designed to help you unwind and reset, these 30–45 minute sessions use gentle hypnotherapy techniques to guide you into a deeply relaxed state, calming the mind and soothing the body. With a maximum of 8 spaces per session, you’ll enjoy a small, supportive group environment where you can truly switch off. Whether you're joining an online or in person session, spaces are offered on a first come, first served basis — so book early to avoid missing out on this peaceful escape from daily stress.
