You can change your life by replacing your negative thoughts and feelings with positive ones, through a deep state of relaxation, whilst remaining fully in control.

Weight Loss Therapy

Weight loss can be challenging – Karen can provide a bespoke Hypnotherapy package that can support you to lose weight, by exploring what is stopping you and implementing strategies to overcome any blockers.

Hypnotherapy for Children / Adolescents

Hypnotherapy sessions for children and adolescents can be adapted dependent on their age. Session times can be reduced, and children can relax into a daydream state, through storytelling and/or incorporating their hobbies and interests into the sessions.

Group Hypnotherapy Relaxation Sessions

Karen holds Online and In-Person Group Hypnotherapy Relaxation Sessions on a regular basis, lasting approx. 30-40 mins. She has a maximum of 8 spaces per session, on a first come, first served basis. These sessions are perfect for general relaxation.
