Counselling

I am a qualified Pluralistic Counsellor and hold a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice. I am also a registered member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), which means I work to high professional and ethical standards to ensure you receive safe, effective support.

Hypnotherapy

I qualified as a Hypnotherapist in 2020 and hold a Level 3 Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Introduction to Counselling Skills. I am also a registered member of the National Hypnotherapy Society, which ensures I follow high standards of professional practice and ethical care.

Reflexology

I qualified as a Reflexologist in 2007 and hold a Level 3 Reflexology Practitioner Diploma, which includes Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology. I’m also a registered member of the Association of Reflexologists, committed to delivering safe, effective, and high-quality care.
