How to Access Your Personal Information (UK GDPR)

You have the right under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) to see the personal information Toe‑tal Healing holds about you. If you’d like to request this, you can make a Subject Access Request (SAR) at any time.

How to Make a Request

Please include:

  • Your name

  • How you’d like me to contact you

  • What information you’d like to access

  • Proof of identity (e.g., driving licence or a recent utility bill)

What Happens Next

Once I’ve confirmed your identity, I will:

  • Find the information I hold about you

  • Remove any details that relate to other people

  • Send your information to you securely, usually by email unless you prefer another method

How Long It Takes

I will respond within one month of receiving your request and confirming your identity.
If your request is complex, I may need up to an extra two months — but I’ll always let you know.

Fees

There is no fee for making a SAR.
A small charge may apply only if a request is excessive or repeated.
